Most of us know deep down that diets and dieting doesn’t work, yet we are tempted to go back to it again and again, in order to regain an (illusionary) sense of control.
Diets are the strongest precursor to developing an eating disorder and equally play a part in disordered eating patterns.

Before I take on any new prospective client I always offer a free 30 min discovery call so that we have an opportunity to get to know each other better.
This work requires trust and comittment, and it is important to me for us both to feel like we are a good fit.
Together we can then decide what is the best move forward and what plan is most suitable to your needs. If I don’t feel like I am the best person for you, then I will do my best to refer you to someone else who might be.
P.S I work from a non diet, weight inclusive prospective. This means that I will never have you follow any strict diet plans, nor do you have to be any specific size to be considered “sick enough” to get help with your disordered behaviours.
packCost for consultations are:
€1499 Six Month Binge Eating Specialist Programme. Includes 15 x 60min consultations (first five weeks – 1 session weekly then bi weekly) and in between email support. Payment plan of €250/month available
€399 for Five Session Pack – includes 5 x 60 min consultations. (Please note these must be used within 3 months max). After this options are to transition to six month programme or to purchase another pack moving forward.
I offer 1-2 places for concession rates for students and unemployed people.
