SE2 – Ep6: Being Flexible with Your Goals

by | Jun 3, 2024 | Healing, Podcast | 0 comments

Can our goals be flexible? What if we moved away from All or Nothing thinking?

In this episode I share with you some of my thoughts and experiences when is comes to goal setting and how my take has changed over the years from very All-or-Nothing to a much more flexible approach. Something that I think (and hope) will serve me better long term.

In this episode I explore:

What is your approach to setting goals or intention?

What happens when you can’t stick to them?

Do you abandon them altogether, or do you eventually find your way back, if it really matters to you?

I also share some simple tips on habits that I picked up from a resent workshop that I attended.

And if you are looking for more content on goals then also read this blog post on goals and goal-setting from a few years ago.

Hey there, I´m Linn

This is my little corner of the internet where I share things related to our complex relationship with food, eating and our bodies.

I believe that eating ought to be nourishing and joyful instead of filled with fear, guilt and shame.

Your body, and all of you, is worthy of care and  food or eating should never need to be earned or justified.
