recovery support tailored to you

Imagine a life without constant worries about food, eating and your body?

  • You find yourself reaching for food to sooth, comfort or numb out from life when it all feels too overwhelming, too much. And even though it often temporarily work, it leaves you feeling worse about yourself.
  • You are secretly eating, away from other people’s judgements and opinions. And as you are doing it, you promise yourself this will be the last time.
  • You have moments where the number on the scales made you feel happy and confident, yet what it takes to keep your weight here is not sustainable. You are finding yourself compulsively exercising, bingeing or purging and most of all: thinking about food ALL THE TIME.

Perhaps you’ve struggled with an eating disordered in the past, yet you feel like you are still only living a half-life. You are considered “recovered enough”, yet you yearn for more flexibility and freedom around food and to feel more at peace in your body.

Are you ready to go from:

  • Rigid food rules to a more flexible way with food?
  • Feeling disconnected from hunger and fullness to being more connected and contented?
  • Constants overeating / binge eating to feeling confident in your ability to stop?
  • Experiencing shame and guilt around food to freedom and permission to eat the foods you like and want?
  • A negative relationship with your body to a more positive one?
  • Compulsive exercise to being able to rest when you want to and move for pleasure of it?

You just want to find some peace…

Most of us know deep down that diets and dieting doesn’t work, yet we are tempted to go back to it again and again, in order to regain an (illusionary) sense of control.

Diets are the strongest precursor to developing an eating disorder and equally play a major part in disordered eating patterns.

If you are struggling with disordered eating; feeling like most of your life, your time and your thoughts are taken up by worries around what, when, how much, and what NOT to eat. If your concerns about your body size and shape is stopping you from living your if fully. I am here to tell you that there is another way!

I’m here for folx just like you

Trying to go the road of recovery on your own can be lonely

In my own recovery from disordered eating, I did it alone. Mostly because I didn’t know where to turn for help. It wasn’t impossible but I do believe it took much longer because of the lack of support.

Recovery is possible

Eating disorder recovery and healing your relationship with food, eating and your body looks different for everyone. But no one should suffer. And if you think you aren’t “sick enough” or that it isn’t “bad enough”, then that in and of itself is a sign that you deserve support.

It is never too late

No matter how long you have struggled with restricting, binge eating, poor body image or losing and gaining the same pounds, it is never too late to try a different approach to find pace and freedom from food and weight obsessions.
