SE1 – Ep1: The first ever episode (My Story)

by | Jul 6, 2023 | Podcast | 0 comments

This is the very first episode of the Joyful Nourishment Podcast, hosted by me, Linn Thorstensson a Nutrition Therapist and Body Image Coach.

This is a space for conversations and explorations around all things that gets in the way of having a kind, compassionate and peaceful relationship with food, eating and body image.

Together with my guests I will explore how to move away from dieting toward body acceptance,, healing binge and emotional eating, what intuitive eating is and much more.

In this first episode I will share with you my own personal story around my relationship with food, eating and my body, as well as my professional journey from my early days as a nutritionist to becoming an weight inclusive non-diet nutritionist who specialised in helping people heal their relationship with food, eating and their body.

You can read more about me here.

And if you are interested in working with me 1:1 read more here.

I am really excited to bring you on this podcast journey over the coming months and weeks. I have so much I want to share with you, and so many exciting guest conversations lined up. Make sure you come back or visit one of the podcast platforms and subscribe.

Hey there, I´m Linn

This is my little corner of the internet where I share things related to our complex relationship with food, eating and our bodies.

I believe that eating ought to be nourishing and joyful instead of filled with fear, guilt and shame.

Your body, and all of you, is worthy of care and  food or eating should never need to be earned or justified.
